Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the LiDAR Golf Corporation website, Shopify store, booking service, and Club premises.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Club purchases and booking

LiDAR Golf is a public gaming club for adults aged 18 and older. No membership, annual dues or initiation fees are required.

Paid reservations are not open yet. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms will be displayed before payment when bookings open.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Merchandise Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery provided:

  • The item remains unused
  • The item remains in original condition
  • Original packaging is included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized apparel
  • Personalized merchandise
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content
  • Opened food products
  • Opened beverage products
  • Hygiene-related items

unless required by law.

7. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify LiDAR Golf within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

LiDAR Golf may:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Provide store credit
  • Issue a refund

at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Photographs may be required before a claim is approved.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Have no cash value except where required by law
  • May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or transferred

unless required by law.

9. Event Registrations

Event registrations, tournaments, leagues, clinics, lessons, and special events are non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date.

Requests made more than fourteen (14) days before an event may be eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Event transfer
  • Refund

at the discretion of LiDAR Golf.

Payment questions

Contact info@lidar.golf about an incorrect charge or a refund question. This does not limit your rights with your payment provider.

12. Processing Times

Approved refunds are generally processed within ten (10) business days.

Actual posting times depend upon the payment processor and financial institution.
