Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the LiDAR Golf Corporation website, Shopify store, member portal, and Club premises.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
LiDAR Golf Corporation operates a private membership club with limited membership inventory and limited facility capacity.
Because membership availability is capped, certain purchases are non-refundable as outlined below.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
2. Membership Purchases
Founding Memberships
The following memberships are considered founding memberships:
- Gold Standard Super Early
- Gold Standard Early Bird
- Black Corporate Super Early
- Black Corporate Early Bird
Founding memberships are sold in limited quantities.
Because these memberships remove inventory from future sale, all founding membership purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase.
Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of LiDAR Golf Corporation.
Regular Memberships
Full-price memberships may be cancelled within seven (7) calendar days of purchase if:
- Membership has not been activated
- No facility access has occurred
- No bookings have been made
- No member benefits have been used
Once any membership benefit has been used, the membership becomes non-refundable.
Membership Renewals
Membership renewals become non-refundable once the renewal term begins.
Members are responsible for cancelling renewal requests before the renewal date.
3. Membership Termination
If a membership is suspended or terminated due to:
- Rule violations
- Harassment
- Fraud
- Property damage
- Misconduct
- Non-payment
- Violation of Club policies
no refund shall be issued.
4. Membership Cancellation by LiDAR Golf
If LiDAR Golf Corporation rejects a membership application before activation, the applicant shall receive a full refund of amounts paid.
If LiDAR Golf permanently ceases operations and cannot provide substantially equivalent services, refunds or credits may be provided at the sole discretion of the Corporation, subject to applicable law.
5. Merchandise Returns
Unused merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery provided:
- The item remains unused
- The item remains in original condition
- Original packaging is included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Non-Returnable Merchandise
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized apparel
- Personalized merchandise
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Downloadable content
- Membership products
- Opened food products
- Opened beverage products
- Hygiene-related items
unless required by law.
7. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify LiDAR Golf within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
LiDAR Golf may:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item
- Provide store credit
- Issue a refund
at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Photographs may be required before a claim is approved.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Have no cash value except where required by law
- May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or transferred
unless required by law.
9. Event Registrations
Event registrations, tournaments, leagues, clinics, lessons, and special events are non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date.
Requests made more than fourteen (14) days before an event may be eligible for:
- Store credit
- Event transfer
- Refund
at the discretion of LiDAR Golf.
10. Membership Transfers
Memberships may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or exchanged except where expressly permitted under a written Corporate Membership Agreement.
Unauthorized transfers are void.
11. Chargebacks
Members agree to contact LiDAR Golf before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in:
- Membership suspension
- Membership cancellation
- Collection activity
- Recovery of costs incurred by LiDAR Golf
where permitted by law.
12. Processing Times
Approved refunds are generally processed within ten (10) business days.
Actual posting times depend upon the payment processor and financial institution.

By purchasing any membership, merchandise, event registration, gift card, or service from LiDAR Golf Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
