These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiDAR Golf Corporation online store and website, including all purchases made through the Shopify platform.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing products, purchasing memberships, or using any services offered through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Membership Purchases
Purchase of a membership through the Shopify store constitutes an application for membership.
Membership approval remains subject to:

- Acceptance of club policies
- Execution of all required agreements
- Completion of liability waivers
- Compliance with club rules
LiDAR Golf reserves the right to reject any membership application and issue a full refund if membership approval is not granted.
5. Membership Agreement Requirement
Membership purchases are not fully activated until the member has:
- Signed the Membership Agreement
- Signed the Liability Waiver
- Completed any required verification process
- Provided accurate contact information
Failure to complete required documentation may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.
6. Guest Responsibility
Members are solely responsible for their guests.
Members agree that:
- Guests must comply with all club rules
- Guests must execute any required waivers before participation
- Members may be held financially responsible for damage caused by guests
- Members assume responsibility for guest conduct while on club premises
7. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, membership availability, and inventory levels may change without notice.
Founding memberships, early-bird memberships, and promotional offers are limited and available only while quantities remain.
8. Discount Programs
Union, military, and other promotional discounts:
- May require verification
- Are subject to eligibility requirements
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- May be revoked if verification is not completed
LiDAR Golf reserves the right to refuse or revoke discounts obtained through inaccurate or misleading information.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers.
LiDAR Golf does not store complete payment card information.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge of all applicable amounts, taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
10. Shipping
Physical merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
LiDAR Golf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, labour disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.
11. Returns and Refunds
Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Customized, personalized, clearance, or special-order items are non-refundable unless required by law.
Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable after activation unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written membership agreement.
12. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Have no cash value except where required by law
- Are not redeemable for cash
- May not be resold without authorization
- Are not replaceable if lost or stolen unless required by law
13. Club Rules and Conduct
Members and customers agree not to:
- Damage equipment or property
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct
- Interfere with operations
- Misrepresent their identity
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Violation may result in suspension, membership cancellation, refusal of service, or legal action.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, images, text, videos, software, and trademarks are the property of LiDAR Golf Corporation or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
15. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting passwords
- Updating account information
- All activities conducted through your account
LiDAR Golf may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or security concerns.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiDAR Golf Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Website use
- Membership use
- Product purchases
- Booking systems
- Equipment availability
- Service interruptions
LiDAR Golf's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.
17. Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf simulation, racing simulation, flight simulation, karaoke activities, training activities, and related club services involves inherent risks.
Members and guests participate at their own risk and remain subject to separate liability waivers and participation agreements.
18. Privacy
Personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and LiDAR Golf's Privacy Policy.
19. Force Majeure
LiDAR Golf shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Utility failures
- Labour disputes
- Internet outages
- Public health emergencies
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Alberta.
21. Changes to Terms
LiDAR Golf may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Club Rules and Code of Conduct
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
These Club Rules and Code of Conduct form part of every membership agreement with LiDAR Golf Corporation ("LiDAR Golf", "Club", "we", "our", or "us").
All members, guests, visitors, contractors, and participants entering Club premises agree to comply with these rules.
Failure to comply may result in suspension, loss of booking privileges, membership cancellation, removal from the premises, financial liability for damages, or permanent exclusion from the Club.
1. Club Philosophy
LiDAR Golf is a private membership club built on:
- Respect
- Safety
- Sportsmanship
- Professionalism
- Inclusion
- Member-first access
Members are expected to contribute positively to the Club environment and treat fellow members, guests, staff, equipment, and facilities with respect.
2. Private Club Access
The Club is not open to the general public.
Access is limited to:
- Active members
- Approved corporate users
- Invited guests of members
- Authorized staff
- Authorized contractors
Membership privileges may not be transferred except where expressly permitted under a corporate membership.
3. Guest Policy
Members may bring guests subject to Club policies.
Members are responsible for:
- Guest conduct
- Guest supervision
- Guest safety
- Guest compliance with all rules
- Guest payment obligations
- Guest damage to equipment or facilities
Guests may be required to:
- Sign a liability waiver
- Present identification
- Register before participation
The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest.
4. Respectful Conduct
Members and guests shall:
- Treat all persons with courtesy and respect
- Follow staff instructions
- Conduct themselves professionally
- Avoid disruptive behaviour
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Intimidation
- Threats
- Verbal abuse
- Physical aggression
- Bullying
- Hate speech
- Sexual harassment
- Property damage
Violations may result in immediate removal and membership termination.
5. Zero-Tolerance Violence Policy
Any act or threat of violence may result in:
- Immediate ejection
- Membership cancellation
- Permanent ban
- Police involvement
The Club reserves the right to protect members, staff, and guests.
6. Equipment Care
Members and guests must use equipment responsibly.
This includes:
- Golf simulators
- Launch monitors
- Projectors
- Screens
- Computers
- Racing simulators
- Flight simulators
- Karaoke equipment
- Furniture
- Building fixtures
Members must immediately report:
- Damage
- Malfunctions
- Safety concerns
Intentional or negligent damage may result in financial liability.
7. Golf Bay Rules
Golf bays are reserved exclusively through the Club booking system.
Members shall:
- Begin and end sessions on time
- Use only approved golf balls
- Use only approved hitting areas
- Follow simulator instructions
- Maintain awareness of other participants
Swinging a golf club outside designated areas is prohibited.
Children ( non member guests under 18 years of age) must be supervised at all times.
No person may enter a hitting area while another participant is preparing to swing.
8. Racing Simulator Rules
Racing simulators shall be used responsibly.
The following are prohibited:
- Excessive force on controls
- Standing on equipment
- Unauthorized modifications
- Connecting personal hardware without approval
Users are responsible for damage caused by misuse.
9. Flight Simulator Rules
Flight simulator equipment shall be used carefully.
Members shall:
- Follow posted instructions
- Remain seated while operating controls
- Avoid excessive force on yokes, pedals, or controls
The Club may limit access to certain simulator functions.
10. Karaoke Room Rules
Members and guests are expected to maintain a respectful environment.
The following are prohibited:
- Offensive performances directed at individuals
- Harassment
- Excessive disruption
- Equipment misuse
The Club reserves the right to end any karaoke session.
11. Food and Beverage Policy
Only food and beverages permitted by Club policy may be consumed.
Members are responsible for:
- Cleaning their area
- Disposing of garbage
- Respecting shared spaces
Outside alcohol may not be brought onto Club premises unless specifically authorized.
12. Substance Policy
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Members and guests must not participate in Club activities while impaired to the point that safety may be compromised.
The Club may refuse service or access where impairment creates a safety risk.
13. Photography and Recording
By entering Club premises, members and guests acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, security footage, or promotional content may be captured.
The Club may use such material for:
- Security purposes
- Operational purposes
- Marketing purposes
Members may request not to appear in promotional materials whenever reasonably possible.
Unauthorized commercial filming or photography requires prior written approval.
14. Children and Minors
Minors must remain under adult supervision.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for:
- Conduct
- Safety
- Equipment use
- Damage caused by minors
The Club may restrict access to certain equipment based on age or safety concerns.
15. Booking Rules
Booking privileges are provided as a membership benefit.
Members may not:
- Resell bookings
- Transfer bookings without authorization
- Hoard reservations
- Use automated software to obtain bookings
Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
16. Membership Sharing
Individual memberships are for the named member only.
The following are prohibited:
- Account sharing
- Credential sharing
- Unauthorized use of membership privileges
Corporate memberships remain subject to their specific transfer rules.
17. Property Damage
Members are financially responsible for:
- Damage caused by themselves
- Damage caused by their guests
- Damage caused by minors under their supervision
The Club may charge repair or replacement costs.
Serious incidents may result in membership termination.
18. Security and Surveillance
For safety and security, the premises may be monitored by:
- Security cameras
- Access-control systems
- Electronic entry logs
Members consent to reasonable security monitoring while on Club premises.
19. Emergency Procedures
Members and guests must comply with all emergency instructions.
In the event of:
- Fire
- Medical emergency
- Security incident
- Evacuation order
all persons must immediately follow staff direction.
20. Social Media Conduct
Members are encouraged to share positive experiences.
Members shall not:
- Misrepresent the Club
- Impersonate staff
- Publish confidential Club information
- Harass other members online
The Club reserves the right to investigate conduct occurring both on and off premises when it materially affects the Club environment.
21. Suspension and Discipline
The Club may suspend or restrict privileges for:
- Rule violations
- Safety concerns
- Harassment complaints
- Equipment misuse
- Repeated booking abuse
- Non-payment
Suspension may be temporary or permanent.
22. Membership Termination
LiDAR Golf reserves the right to terminate membership where:
- Rules are repeatedly violated
- Conduct threatens safety
- Conduct harms the Club's reputation
- Fraud occurs
- Property damage occurs
- Illegal activity occurs
Termination decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.
23. Amendments
The Club may update these Rules and Code of Conduct periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon posting to the Club website or member portal.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of revised rules.
Member Acknowledgement
By purchasing, activating, renewing, or using a LiDAR Golf membership, or by entering Club premises as a guest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Club Rules and Code of Conduct.

Membership and Guest Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Release and Indemnity Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
By signing this Agreement, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue LiDAR Golf Corporation and other released parties for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in Club activities.
If you do not understand any portion of this Agreement, seek independent legal advice before signing.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
"Club" means LiDAR Golf Corporation.
"Activities" include, without limitation:
- Golf simulator use
- Golf practice
- Golf instruction
- Racing simulator use
- Flight simulator use
- Karaoke participation
- Corporate events
- Social events
- Club tournaments
- Lessons and clinics
- Food and beverage consumption
- Entry to and use of Club premises
- Parking areas
- Common areas
- Any activity conducted on Club property
"Released Parties" means:
- LiDAR Golf Corporation
- Its directors
- Officers
- Employees
- Contractors
- Volunteers
- Members
- Landlords
- Affiliates
- Representatives
- Successors and assigns
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Club activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Being struck by golf clubs
- Being struck by golf balls
- Equipment failure
- Simulator malfunction
- Projected image distractions
- Tripping hazards
- Slips and falls
- Electrical hazards
- Flying objects
- Repetitive motion injuries
- Muscle strains
- Back injuries
- Neck injuries
- Eye injuries
- Hearing injuries
- Food-related illness
- Collisions with other participants
- Actions of other members or guests
I understand these risks may result in:
- Serious injury
- Permanent disability
- Property damage
- Illness
- Death
I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, or compensation arising from:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Death
- Property damage
- Economic loss
- Emotional distress
arising directly or indirectly from participation in Club activities.
This release applies regardless of whether such claims arise from negligence, occupancy of premises, equipment use, or other causes except where prohibited by law.
4. Member Responsibility for Guests
I acknowledge that guests are permitted access only through a sponsoring member.
As a member, I agree that:
- I am responsible for all guests I bring onto Club premises.
- I will ensure each guest signs all required waivers before participating.
- I will ensure each guest complies with Club rules.
- I accept financial responsibility for damage caused by my guests.
- I accept responsibility for injuries arising from the actions of my guests.
- I will indemnify the Club for claims arising from my guests' conduct where permitted by law.
Failure to ensure guest compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Minor Guests
If I bring a guest under 18 years of age:
- I confirm I am authorized by the parent or legal guardian to supervise the minor.
- I accept responsibility for the conduct and safety of the minor.
- I accept financial responsibility for damage caused by the minor.
- I agree the minor will remain supervised at all times while on Club property.
6. Property Damage
I agree to use all Club equipment responsibly.
I understand I may be financially responsible for damage caused by:
- Myself
- My guests
- Minors under my supervision
including damage to:
- Simulator screens
- Launch monitors
- Projectors
- Computers
- Racing simulators
- Flight simulators
- Karaoke equipment
- Furniture
- Building fixtures
The Club may charge repair or replacement costs.
7. Medical Emergency Authorization
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize Club personnel to contact emergency medical services.
I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs and expenses incurred.
The Club does not provide medical insurance.
8. Alcohol, Drugs, and Impairment
I agree not to participate in activities while impaired to a level that creates a safety risk.
The Club reserves the right to deny access, remove participants, or terminate activities where safety concerns exist.
9. Photography and Security Cameras
I acknowledge that Club premises may be monitored by:
- Security cameras
- Access-control systems
- Recording devices
I consent to such monitoring for safety, operational, and security purposes.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, costs, legal fees, or expenses arising from:
- My conduct
- My negligence
- My breach of Club policies
- The conduct of my guests
- Damage caused by myself or my guests
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Alberta.
13. Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that:
- I have read this Agreement in its entirety.
- I understand its contents.
- I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights.
- I understand that participation is voluntary.
- I agree to be bound by its terms.
