Shopify Store Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiDAR Golf Corporation online store and website, including all purchases made through the Shopify platform.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing products, or using any services offered through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

LiDAR Golf is a public gaming club for adults aged 18 and older. No membership, annual dues or initiation fees are required.

Everyone entering the club must be at least 18 years old, including guests accompanied by an adult.

3. Products and Services

Activities & rates

  • Golf simulator: $30 per bay per hour, shared by your group.
  • Racing simulator: $30 per simulator per hour.
  • Flight simulator: $30 per simulator per hour.
  • Six gaming PCs: $15 per PC per hour, or $25 per PC per hour including truck/farm wheel and pedals or flight stick, throttle and pedals.
  • Table tennis: $15 per table per hour, outside karaoke times.
  • Custom arcade games: $20 per person, unlimited plays until closing that same day.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

Karaoke Fun Golf

Friday and Saturday, 7–11 p.m. Public karaoke takes over the table-tennis area, transformed into a stage.

Expect a lively, Happy Gilmore-inspired atmosphere. For quiet golf practice, book outside these times.

No table-tennis sessions may overlap karaoke. All table-tennis play on Friday and Saturday must finish by 7 p.m.

4. Activity bookings

Paid reservations are not open yet. Booking availability, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms will be displayed before payment when bookings open.

5. Participation requirements

Complete the required waiver and accept the club’s safety and equipment rules before playing.

6. Group visits

Friends and group visits are welcome. Contact us to arrange your visit and confirm space and activity availability.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Golf is $30 per bay per hour, shared by your group. Activity availability and capacity are confirmed through the booking service before payment.

8. Discount Programs

Union, military, and other promotional discounts:

  • May require verification
  • Are subject to eligibility requirements
  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
  • May be revoked if verification is not completed

LiDAR Golf reserves the right to refuse or revoke discounts obtained through inaccurate or misleading information.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers.

LiDAR Golf does not store complete payment card information.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge of all applicable amounts, taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

10. Shipping

Physical merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

LiDAR Golf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, labour disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.

11. Returns and Refunds

Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Customized, personalized, clearance, or special-order items are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Have no cash value except where required by law
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • May not be resold without authorization
  • Are not replaceable if lost or stolen unless required by law

13. Club Rules and Conduct

Guests and customers agree not to:

  • Damage equipment or property
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct
  • Interfere with operations
  • Misrepresent their identity
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Violation may result in suspension, refusal of service, or legal action.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, images, text, videos, software, and trademarks are the property of LiDAR Golf Corporation or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

15. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting passwords
  • Updating account information
  • All activities conducted through your account

LiDAR Golf may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or security concerns.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiDAR Golf Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Website use
  • Product purchases
  • Booking systems
  • Equipment availability
  • Service interruptions

LiDAR Golf's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

17. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf simulation, racing simulation, flight simulation, karaoke activities, training activities, and related club services involves inherent risks.

Participants participate at their own risk and remain subject to separate liability waivers and participation agreements.

18. Privacy

Personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and LiDAR Golf's Privacy Policy.

19. Force Majeure

LiDAR Golf shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Utility failures
  • Labour disputes
  • Internet outages
  • Public health emergencies

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Alberta.

21. Changes to Terms

LiDAR Golf may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Public club rules

LiDAR Golf is a public gaming club for adults aged 18 and older. No membership, annual dues or initiation fees are required.

Treat guests and staff with respect. Follow staff instructions, use equipment responsibly and report faults or hazards. Only the active golfer may enter the hitting area. Do not swing until the area is clear. Do not participate while impaired. Respect other guests’ privacy and obtain permission before photographing or recording them.
